2- There are manufactures markings on the pvc
3- I found one made in China that was cheaper

If using the Firefox Browser and having a problem ordering, try Explorer or Netscape to see if this will correct the problem
Make sure cookies are enabled when using the cart system through PayPal. Cookies can be deleted after the transaction if you prefer
Registration with PayPal must exactly match information on credit or debit card. Same name, same address, etc
When I tried to add my credit card, I received a message that it was 'declined for invalid data'. What does this mean?
When attempting to receive an authorization, your bank returned invalid data for the transaction, and as such we were unable to add this card to your PayPal account.
The denial of this credit card is not reflective of your credit worthiness. We suggest you try another card in the system. Thanks for your understanding. PayPal
I do not have a PayPal account and my credit or debit card is being denied. Why?
Since PayPal does not provide face-to-face transactions, our process for accepting credit cards and debit cards is very stringent. This process is in place to prevent the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards or debit cards, but occasionally affects valid cards.
If you have tried to use a different card, it may be that our security system is preventing the transaction from going through. Please try your transaction again at a later time.
